English

At St Paul’s, we believe that English has a pre-eminent place in education and society. Our high-quality education in English teaches pupils to speak and write fluently so that they can communicate their ideas and emotions to others and through their reading and listening, others can communicate with them.

All the skills of language are essential to participate fully as a member of society, ensuring access to curriculum subjects, and future and lifelong learning.
